SBG provided general contracting services for the renovation of an off-campus, dormitory-style student housing property in College Station’s Northgate area near Texas A&M. The work included extensive demolition, the addition of kitchens and laundry facilities in units, construction of a new clubhouse and computer lab, upgrades to the fitness center, pool renovations, expanded outdoor amenities, and major landscaping improvements. To ensure quality control and efficiency, SBG also self-performed the electrical distribution renovations.
