The Avenue is a luxury off-campus student housing community featuring wood-and-steel framing, a six-level precast parking structure, and high-end amenities such as a clubhouse, computer lab, fitness center, and a swimming pool with outdoor kitchen areas. Resident apartments are outfitted with designer cabinets topped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, luxury laminate flooring, and smart technologies including Echo Dots, smart TVs, and Bluetooth access control. Despite weather and site-related delays, SBG successfully completed the project on time for fall 2019 student move-ins.
