SBG provided general contracting services for the renovation of an off-campus, dormitory-style student housing property in College Station’s Northgate area near Texas A&M. The project scope included extensive demolition, the addition of kitchens and laundry facilities in units, a new clubhouse, a computer lab, fitness center upgrades, pool renovations, expanded outdoor amenities, and major landscaping. SBG also self-performed the electrical distribution renovations, ensuring quality control and project efficiency.
